After his recent reformation, Gadhafi’s apparently been waiting meekly in his seat with his arms crossed politely across his desk waiting for teacher’s back to turn, and now he’s getting up to his old tricks. I wish they’d just stay down long enough for us to deal with the next crazy wacko dictator.
